What we collect
When you submit an accusation, we record the name you accuse, the page number, your first name, your email address, your consent to email contact, whether you left an Amazon review, and a hashed version of your IP address (used only for abuse prevention). We don't store your raw IP, your location, or anything from your browser beyond what's strictly needed to answer your accusation and verify you aren't a bot.
Why we collect it
Your email is the channel for the verdict — we can't tell you whether you got it right without reaching you. The first name personalizes the reply. The accused name and page let us assess your accusation. Consent and review status drive the email follow-ups (announcements of new cases, an optional review reminder).
Where it goes
Submissions are forwarded to GoHighLevel, our CRM, which sends the verdict and any later follow-up emails. GoHighLevel processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you aren't a bot — the check itself doesn't store personal data.
How long we keep it
Your record stays in our CRM as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of every email. Once unsubscribed, your record is anonymized within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@suspek-usa.com. We respond within thirty days.
Cookies
We don't set marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a session cookie purely for the bot check; it expires when you close the tab.
