CASE №01 · FAQ

Questions that come up.

The same questions keep surfacing from the field. Here's what we can say, and what we won't.

My answer feels right, but the email says otherwise. What now?
Walk through the seventeen clues again, one by one. Nine times out of ten, one was read too quickly. If you're still confident, write to contact@suspek-usa.com with the name you accused and the page number — we'll reopen the file.
There's a typo in my book.
It happens. Send a photo of the page to contact@suspek-usa.com with your printing reference if you have it; we keep a running list of corrections.
Can I submit more than once?
Yes. Come back as often as the case requires. Refine between accusations. Each verdict arrives by email.
Who are you? Why SUSPEK?
We're a small team obsessed with the idea that a directory of names could become a crime scene. The About page tells the rest, briefly.
Where's the 18th clue?
Yes, an eighteenth clue exists. No, it's not here — it reveals itself to the investigator who has applied the other seventeen carefully. A few extra leads are published on /sunsetblvd/leads.
Next cases?
Other cities. Other victims. We don't announce what we can't deliver. Announcements go out first to the email list.
